Note: For your security, your billing name and address must be an exact match to the billing name and address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Any order that does not meet these criteria will be declined.
Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax to orders shipped withing New York State. No tax will be charged to orders shipping to all other states and countries.
Tax applies to the total sale amount including the price of item(s) and applicable shipping and handling fees less discounts.
Second
Declined transactions may appear on your billing statement as pending transactions. Within 5 business days, your bank will remove these pending transactions from your account. Because the transactions were declined, they will never be posted or permanently charged to your account. Unfortunately, during that time that the bank is processing the pending transactions, those charges will be deducted from your account balance. These funds are not being held by Website, and may have their pending status removed only by your bank.
